93 Centre Street

93 Centre is an historic 8-story building originally constructed in 1906 and located in Downtown Brockton, MA. In September 2021, renovation began on the 68,000 square foot structure. Projected to be completed in the fall of 2022, the building will be converted into a mixed-use property containing 44 market rate housing units, 11 units affordable to those earning at 80% of the Area Median Income, and a first floor commercial space. This historic structure will be transformed into an extremely energy efficient modern building. New mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems combined with added insulation and building envelope improvements will reduce energy consumption and the energy bills of our tenants.
