Ozzy Properties, 40R Consulting

In the spring of 2007, Concord Square was retained by Ozzy Properties to provide technical and strategic consulting in support of a proposed 40R zoning district for the former Lucent site in North Andover. Despite nearly two years of working together with the community to develop proposed zoning and design standards, substantial negotiations extended to the eve of Town Meeting. At the conclusion, agreement was reached and the negotiations proved successful.

Concord Square brought their experience with 40R to this process, which included Ozzy’s team as well as municipal officials and DHCD, and contributed to efforts leading to a successful vote to approve the 40R District at the June 2007 Town Meeting. Concord Square also assisted in preparing two Town-wide mailings sent out leading up to Town Meeting to assist with public understanding of the benefits of the 40R proposal.
