Ted Carman – President
Ted has spent over thirty years in the residential real estate business, including the development, financing, and management of hundreds of units of market rate housing. His development work has focused primarily on downtown redevelopment, mill conversions and historic renovation, and also includes many years of non-profit community development work, mostly with affordable housing, but also including live-work artist space, and extensive downtown revitalization and economic development.
Jeff Schlossberg – Planning and Development Manager
Jeff earned a B.A. in History from Franklin & Marshall College. After several years working as a City Planning consultant in the Washington, D.C. area, he attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and earned two master’s degrees: Master of City Planning; and Master of Science in Real Estate Development. Jeff has since worked for Concord Square on various historic rehabilitation and residential development projects, including two located in downtown Brockton.
