The Anglim

COMING SOON!!
Located in downtown Brockton, residents will step back in time while enjoying the historical charm and impressive architecture of the city. The Anglim and its 55 luxury apartments residing in the 8-story high-rise building built in 1906 are part of the historic nostalgia of the area. At the time the building was built, it was considered the city’s first skyscraper. The building served as a base for the shoe manufacturing industry. The building was completely renovated in 2023, with the goal of providing our tenants with exceptional apartment living.
Each apartment in the historic building has its own personality with its expansive high ceilings that are not always available in traditional apartment complexes. Apartments also feature exposed concrete columns and ceilings, and views of downtown through historic windows. The elegant ambiance of the apartments blends seamlessly with modern features, such as stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, an in-unit stackable washer and dryer, a state-of-the-art heating and air conditioning system, and a video intercom.
For convenience, our tenants are within walking distance of commuter rail services that take only 35 minutes to arrive at the Seaport, the South Station, and the Red Line in Boston. Tenants with electric vehicles have access to on-site charging stations. When maintenance is in need, we make it easy to use our tenant’s profile, where management will ensure any issue is addressed. We also provide tenants with the convenience of logging onto our online portal to pay rent.
Additional amenities include our gym and fitness center and the secure Luxor One package delivery system and storage locker. We offer tenants access to a basement storage area along with a storage area for bicycles.

Project Description
93 Centre is an historic 8-story building originally constructed in 1906 and located in Downtown Brockton, MA. In September 2021, renovation began on the 68,000 square foot structure. Projected to be completed in 2023, the building will be converted into a mixed-use property containing 44 market rate housing units, 11 units affordable to those earning at 80% of the Area Median Income, and a first floor commercial space. This historic structure will be transformed into an extremely energy efficient modern building. New mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems combined with added insulation and building envelope improvements will reduce energy consumption and the energy bills of our tenants.
